Frequently Asked Questions
What is SushiCanvas?
SushiCanvas is a platform for promoting and discovering talented artists on Twitter/X. We showcase artwork from selected artists and let the community vote on their favorites, helping great art get the recognition it deserves.
Do you store the images?
No. We do not store any images. All images are loaded directly from Twitter/X. You are viewing them as if you were accessing Twitter yourself.
What happens if an image is removed from Twitter?
If the original image is deleted or the tweet is removed on Twitter/X, the image will no longer appear here. We simply link to the original source.
Do I need to connect my account?
Yes. We use a secure OAuth connection with X (Twitter) to verify that you're a real person. We never ask for or receive your password — OAuth only confirms your authenticity. Click the "Sign in with X" button in the top right corner to securely connect and start voting.
How does voting work?
Two random artworks from different accounts are shown side by side. Click the one you prefer to cast your vote, and a new pair will be loaded automatically.
Where do the images come from?
Images are sourced from selected artist accounts on Twitter/X. They are loaded directly from Twitter's image servers.
Who are the featured artists?
We currently feature artwork from a curated selection of talented artists on X. You can browse all featured artists and their work on the Artists page. Each artist's original tweets are linked so you can follow and support them directly.
